By using LocusTour you agree to these terms. The service is software for creating and publishing 360° virtual tours.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your workspace. Keep credentials private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other customers.

Content

You retain rights to panoramas and tours you upload. You grant LocusTour a license to host and display them so the product can function.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, attack the service, or resell access except under a written partner agreement.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You are responsible for usage under your workspace. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other customers.
